What Are The Costs To Starting A Fitness, Tennis Club?

I would like to begin a fitness and racquet club. I would like information on real cost. How do I decide the amount of members I require to sustain the club. How to decide member fees. What resources are out there I can look at. Any info you have is appreciated.

    well if you are going to do all of that it would be upward 1 million if you want it to be a classy place but if you are all right with it being a second tear place about a half mil
