What Are The Fitness Requirements For Uniformed Public Services In England?

Please could anyone tell me the entry fitness stipulations for the police; prison service; armed forces; fire service; and the differnt stages of the fitness tests.
I know this is asking a lot for a question but i desire to go into 1 of them and have no idea what the fitness entry requirememnets and tests are.
please help

    to be able to eat two double cheeseburgers while parked on double yellow lines and take sneaky photos of motorists and innocent members of the public then waddle over to the burger bar and get a cup of tea without breaking into a sweat
