What Is A Good Fitness Routine For Me?
I am a sophomore. I run cross country and swim. I missed this xc time of year due to stress fracture. I suck at it, but I desire to do better. I require a fitness routine that is not pure running, I do not have time to run each morning or afternoon. I desire to be capable to workout twice a day so I can be fit by June. I have about fifteen mins in the morning, but it is too dark to run. I usually have afternoons free. Does anyone have a good fitness routine for me to follow?

I’m not sure what you are into but, I know what I do is walk several times a week. I go swimming once a week for a hour and if you can get to a gym, then include that even if it’s only a few hours a week, everthing helps.
