I had a problem of cervical spondylosis which was cured 1 yr ago. I wish to join a fitness centre to improve my physical condition. What are the exercises that I avoid in a fitness center. Shall I work with low weights? Please guide me.

I recently purchased the pro fitness magnetic exercise bike form Argos (£59.99), but am having problems assembling it. It states you have to disconnect the resistance adjustment from the trimming lead before putting the trimming lead through the handlebar post hole and reconnecting again. Cant get them disconnected as its in tension. Has anyone else purchased and assembled this?

I’m looking to become a certified fitness teacher (group fitness/aerobics/steb/kickboxing). I know a few people who have gone different routes for their certification and wondered if anyone knew which company/association was the ideal to go through. I am looking for a not-super-expensive 1 that is recognizable.
