I scored a 261 on the physical fitness test yesterday and I thinking that it was pretty good. Does it increase my chances of getting in to OCS?
I am a sophomore. I run cross country and swim. I missed this xc time of year due to stress fracture. I suck at it, but I desire to do better. I require a fitness routine that is not pure running, I do not have time to run each morning or afternoon. I desire to be capable to workout twice a day so I can be fit by June. I have about fifteen mins in the morning, but it is too dark to run. I usually have afternoons free. Does anyone have a good fitness routine for me to follow?
I know I can call them but I do not desire to get the entire speech and all that stuff, I have a gym at work but it is small (and free) So I am considering about joining a gym like Extreme Fitness, any insight on how much it would price per month, plus any “hidden” or additional fees?
